Custom Reports:	Define an unlimited number of custom reports each with unique fields, values, drop downs, text areas, etc. Every aspect of each custom report is searchable and reportable. The reports are created specific to your requirements and are easy enough to create that you can do it yourself.
Custom Logs:	Define an unlimited number of custom logs for various categories such as ban logs, equipment logs, visitor logs, etc.
Multi-Department:	CIP has comprehensive multi-department support allowing unique reports per department and full permissions between departments that allow scenarios such as both security and surveillance using CIP where surveillance can read security reports but security can only see their own.

Searching

CIP combines multiple search techniques to provide you with a tiered approach to searching that balances speed, simplicity, and results. Each type of search offers a unique and optimized search approach that enable you find your data quicker and easier than ever before.

Quick Search:	Quick search is as the name states the fastest search available providing you with search criteria mostly related to date ranges and shifts and broad filters for certain logs or departments. The quick search allows you to build a search using simple criteria such as: 'Show me all equipment service logs which were written last quarter during first shift'.
Standard Search:	The standard search tools allow you to search for particular types of data such as reports, persons, vehicles, etc. The search criteria available includes all standard data available as well as all custom fields and custom report data created on custom reports.
Advanced Search:	Advanced search as the name implies is the most advanced search and allows you to cross reference data to create very complex searches such as 'Show me all procedural violations where the report author was john doe and the employee was jane doe and the report was written last month".
Free Text Search:	Possibly our most popular search feature is the free text search where you can just type any information you know and CIP will find the best matching reports, think of it like using google on your own reports and logs. For example doing a free text search for 'white male craps jason' would return all white males named Jason who are known to play craps.
Memorized Search:	Memorized searches are a very powerful tool where you can construct a complex search and then memorize it so that it is available as a one-click search option. You can even use memorized searches to extend your CIP installation to include custom controls and buttons.

Analytics

CIP includes an advanced analytic system which is directly integrated to Microsoft Excel enabling you to both use our built in analytics and craft your own custom analytics.

Built In:	CIP has a library of built in analytic reports which provide statistics and metrics on a large variety of reporting activities. These are commonly used in management reporting as well as general analysis.
Customizable:	Our analytic system is extensible allowing us to craft custom analytics and statistics specific to your application.
Management Reports:	Using customizable analytics and reports we can craft your management reports such as month end and quarterly reports to automate this repetitive task.

Collaboration Tools

CIP includes gaming industry specific collaboration tools that further improve your staffs effectiveness by providing a single consistent workspace for reporting and collaboration with peers.

Pass On Logs:	Integrated pass on logs promote sharing of information between shifts and departments. Pass on logs are configurable with complete permissions and access controls.
Memo Logs:	Memo logs provide a mechanism to send memos to staff members and provides an audit trail of when the staff member read the memo. Memo logs are configurable with complete permissions and access controls.
Watch Lists:	Watch lists allow you to manage collections of persons of interest. The integrated watch list can be distributed by email or other forms and includes no sensitive information other than demographics.
The Community:	The community is a free resource in CIP that provides real time up to date information from around the world specific to gaming protection, international gaming, and local gaming issues.

Workflow

CIP includes workflow tools that can be configured in a wide variety of configurations. Work flow is used to automatically assign reports to people for completion, require approval by supervisors and managers, allow for rejecting reports back to staff members for completion, etc.

Assignments:	Work flow assignments enable you to have reports automatically or manually assigned to someone for completion. Staff members with assignments are notified of their assignments so they can complete them.
Approvals:	Work flow approvals allow chains of responsibility to be created where a staff member or group can be required to approve certain types of reports. While reviewing a report for approval you have the option to reject the report and provide feedback to the author.
Rejections:	Rejections as mentioned above create a circular work flow where a report can be rejected back to the author with feedback. The author must then update the report based on the feedback at which time it is sent back to the approval process.

Access Control

CIP includes comprehensive access control features which allow multiple organizational groups to share the same reporting system while enforcing access controls to sensitive information.

Departments:	CIP has full departmental support allowing you to define complete and unique reports and logs per department. Using access controls allows you to totally isolate each department from each other or create complex rules about who can see what types of information.
Roles:	Roles are similar to departments but they can include people from multiple departments giving you a wider variety of access control options.
