Subscription and Purchase Options

CIP Reporting has several options for payment including our popular fixed price subscription model and a purchase option which varies by your requirements and configurtion.

Option 1: Purchase

One time payment with annual maintenance (per property)

Depending on your requirements for users, departments, and features the purchase price ranges from $5000.00 to $20000.00 and includes the first year of maintenance.

Annual maintenance of %20 for access to technical support and product upgrades starts the second year. Annual maintenance is optional but highly recommended.

Option 2: Cloud Hosting

Monthly payment of $350.00 plus usage fees (per property)

Cloud hosting is not for everyone, but for some customers it is the ideal solution. Customers who are most likely to benefit from cloud hosting would find the following points appealing:

  • Your reporting system accessible anywhere in the world
  • Better, quicker, and easier support by our team

Training and Installation

On site and remote training and installation options

Free training and installation support is available to all of our customers during normal business hours by phone, email, and internet (WebEx / GoToMeeting).

On site training and installation is available for $3000.00 for the first three days and $1000.00 for each additional day which includes all travel expenses.

We recommend free remote training and installation.
