- Define report types and configure each report type w/ custom fields
- Define User Roles and Permissions
- Assign reports and applicable data to a process and workflow by defining who will write reports, review reports, approve / reject and escalate reports, etc.
- Formulate custom functionality
- Deploy the configured CIP Reporting product on the client’s selected network
- Test the application rigorously over a period of days
- Train the would-be users on the application
- Go Live!
Through each of these steps the client’s chosen administrator is involved through a series of telephone and web-conference meetings to provide feedback and / or approve each level of the build, ensuring the integrity of the project and providing safe guards against scope creep.
