As CIP Reporting charges into February, the team readies itself for the busiest time of year.  With trade-shows, networking, and preparation for a strong three quarters of product development, solution sales, client implementation, and exceptional customer support on the horizon, this crew has never been busier…

In a few short weeks the team at CIP Reporting will be headed to Las Vegas, NV for the World Game Protection Conference at the M Resort Spa Casino; February 25th through February 27th.  With the finishing touches being added to CIP Reporting’s signage, handouts, business cards and the like, all that’s left is to manage the logistics of packing and shipping the crate and getting to Vegas itself… (more…)

For several years CIP Reporting has been operating under a bare bones infrastructure whereby the focus was on the product and those using it.  Certainly not much consideration was given to how we’re represented on the web, especially when taking into consideration time and resources.  Though with our expanding team, growing customer base, and new and exciting products, we decided the windows need better dressing…

There’s a revolution afoot!  It all started those years ago, writing code, building software, creating a UI… All in the name of exceptional reporting software… Though now, with dozens of delighted CIP Reporting customers, 2013 promises to be a year of bigger, better, faster software, exciting customer service and support, and an emphasis on building customer relationships, business partnerships, and a renewed focus on product evaluation and the sales experience!

Today, I am traveling back from Las Vegas from one of our annual trade shows.  I was in the airport working out some kinks with my travel plans and while speaking with a Virgin America employee I was reminded of something very relevant to our business.  I complimented them on their quality of service and said I would be sad to see that deteriorate as they continue to grow.  The employee said to me that they have a monthly all hands conference call where they discuss “Growing Small” and plan to always be this connected with their customers. For the 6th year running CIP Reporting will be exhibiting at the World Game Protection Conference 2012.  We will be in booths 8 and 9.  We welcome you to come by in person and meet our team and learn about our products.  We will have demo systems with an emphasis on casino security, surveillance, cross department collaboration, data mining, and analytic tools.

The WGPC Expo is a 2-day exhibition and meeting place dedicated entirely to casino surveillance technology and products. The Expo is held during days 2 & 3 of the World Game Protection Conference. Admission is free to the exhibit hall for casino employees, just bring your employee ID.
