CIP Reporting offer a large variety of support options for our customers with a current maintenance subscription including telephone, email, knowledge base, forums, and tickets. Our normal business hours are 8AM to 5PM EST Monday - Friday. For support request after normal business hours a support technician will contact you back within 30 minutes for critical issues or the next business day for non-critical issues.
