Of all the software we use in our surveillance department, CIP is quite possibly the most important. The logs, reports, and statistics created using CIP are essential to the overall operation of the entire casino and resort. In early 2007 I was looking for a report writing system that would be used jointly by both the surveillance and security departments at the new Casino Metro in San Juan Puerto Rico.
